Sushi Sakura Japanese Resaurant 47b6 Nguyen Thien Thuat St, Tel, 058 352 2954. Email, sushisakura_nhatrang@yahoo.com.vn. Website, www.sushisakuranhatrang.com.vn. A very stylish Japanese restaurant located on the main strip. Very clean and outstanding customer service. The prices might be a little higher than other restraunts but it definitely makes up for it in terms of quality. $15 to $30.
In the restraurant's words: "Here at Sushi Sakura restaurant we have a very beautiful and clean restaurant, we also pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We have the best sushi in town. We also have three private rooms totally air conditioned for up to 10 people. Great selection of sake wines. Excellent prices, we offer a 20% discount for sushi sakura every wednesday. We have the freshest fish imaginable, so come down and try an authentic Japanese dish".
Ana Pavilion, Tran Phu Blvd. Tel,058-829-829. Open 6AM-11PM. This is a fancy restaurant located inside the Ana Mandara resort. Many of the restaurants in Nha Trang are excellent value for money in terms of price and quality, with Ana pavilion you get what you pay for. Ana pavilion is right on the beach, they have an ala' carte menu but also an incredible buffet where you can eat to your hearts content. The wines are expensive even when compared to western standards but the wine list is extensive and fabulous. Wether it be a special occation or the desire to eat five star cuisine Ana pavilion leads on all fronts. $20-$50
Ngoc Suong, South of the town center at beachside, 058/352-5677, Main courses 70,000 VND-450,000 VND, open daily 10am-10pm. Nha Trang has dozens of good seafood restaurants, but this one leads the pack. Whether in the very pleasant thatched outdoor pavilion or the vaguely nautical, softly lit interior, it's "seafood as you like it" served by a helpful, friendly staff. Whole fish and crustaceans can be chosen by pointing in the large tank and smiling greedily; the day's catch, including shrimp and crab, is ordered by the pound, grilled, fried, or boiled with basic spices like tamarind or pepper and lemon. The oysters, if they have them, are small but succulent. The name of the restaurant refers to a delicate marinated whitefish salad, one of the specialties and a great appetizer.
The Sailing Club 72-74 Tran Phu Stret. An upmarket restaurant and bar located right on the beach. The sailing club is a very forward thinking club, with probably the most spectacular interior design that Nha Trang has to offer. The menu at the sailing club is extensive, it includes Italian, Indian, American and Vietnamese cuisine. They also have alot of events especially on sundays and some very nice cocktails. $18-30

Enjoy the fresh sea food while in Nha Trang. The sea food in Nha Trang is famous in Vietnam. All kinds of cuttle fish, shell fish, fresh fish etc. can be found and it is very delicious.
Do you care for some real Vietnamese food and want to get away from the tourist scene? Nha Trang has plenty of places to enjoy delicious Vietnamese specialities the further you get from the beach. They usually do not have an English-language menu but you can always pick and point and try your luck. As they are cheap we are introducing them under budget restaurants.
