Houses for rent
As an alternative to condos you may rent a house. Many Vietnamese families have houses for rent at reasonable prices. Be sure, the house is well guarded to avoid burglaries (unsufficiently guarded houses with foreigners are popular targets for burglars). Condo buildings usually offer 24-hour-security and condos like those at Huong's have, in addition, each its own safety box.
