There is a very impressive Catholic construction in Hanoi that is also a ideal destination for you when travelling in Hanoi.
St Joseph’s Cathedral or Hanoi Church is one of the most beautiful Catholic constructions in Hanoi. This Catholic cathedral was completed in 1887 by Monseigneur Pigneau de Behaine. It was closed in 1975 upon the reunification of Vietnam, and was not reopened until 1985.
